3. Warranty

Gold Jewelry (Gold Vermeil / Gold-Plated Pieces)
Nymera provides a 2-year non-tarnish warranty from the date of purchase, provided the jewelry has been used under normal conditions and with proper care.

Silver Jewelry
Nymera warrants that silver jewelry can be cleaned and restored to its original shine within 2 years, provided:

The item has been properly maintained
It has not been exposed to harsh or acidic conditions (including but not limited to sweat, chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents)

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper use, storage, or handling
Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or acidic environments
Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized alterations

Nymera reserves the sole right to assess whether a claim qualifies under this warranty.
