At Nymera, we take pride in creating delicate pieces made to be loved and worn daily. For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated below.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Personal Preference or signs of normal wear

Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Refund)

We will gladly assist if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item received is noticeably different from what was ordered

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in its original packaging, with all inclusions intact
  • Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery

Return Process

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received

For items received damaged, please include clear proof showing the condition of the piece upon opening the package. Requests without sufficient documentation may not be approved.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.
Please ensure the item is shipped back following the provided guidelines.

For eligible returns (as outlined above), NYMERA will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
